Taking a moment to contemplate every beautiful thing I can think of. Allowing myself to slow down and enjoy a ‘purrfest’ cuddle with my cat, and remembering why I am so blessed. I had a very sound sleep last night and I credit it, in part, to the beautiful restorative class I attended that night. My dream and my fresh morning remind me of how this time last year I felt like my life was a whirlwind. Now only 12 months later I can feel this calmness which is settling in around me. It’s so lovely to see how much has happened and how my path has led me to this place now.
I am sitting here in front of my computer screen, though my heart and my mind are recalling all the hard choices and difficult situations that have allowed me the opportunity to grow. I can see how choices and actions I made provided me to see opportunities and to reach our and take them!
Thank you to everyone who helped me on my journey. To those who were my friends and listened. To those who listened and saw connections that would be mutually beneficial. To those who I connected with that changed my life for the better. For the continued joy of new relationships that are blossoming into a beautiful flower of love and compassion.
May the blessing be. I am eternally grateful for all the blessing that have come my way. I am eternally grateful for all the change that has come my way, and may I remain honest with myself and follow my true path throughout my life. Namaste.

To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind.
If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.

When you learn not to want things so badly, life comes to you.
( (via dharmaventures) )Last night I met with my lovely ladies for an evening of connecting and releasing. The notion of growth being a spiral continually ascending throughout life was drawn and I am reminded of the importance of love and compassion especially when things are harder. With relationships this means sometimes you are supporting and sometimes you need to be supported. I am blessed to have someone I can share this spiralling journey.
